Sheena Walker, B.A. uses established business techniques to transform your staff into Corporate Olympic Athletes; resulting in demonstrable business benefits.

The Corporate Champion Academy can heighten performance levels and develop a passion for a wide range of skills and unique tools. These quantifiable techniques will prove to be an instrumental asset to your company. The experience I have gained during my time in top-level sports offers a winning advantage to you, resulting in an optimal environment for your target audience.

I understand that every organisation has its own unique goals and faces different challenges. My game plan involves working with business leaders and defining specific performance objectives. Developing performance improvement programs, which are addressed to each company’s individual needs and objectives is integral to her delivery process.

Getting the results that take you to the top of your game is among the top goals of any business professional. How are these results created? What is it about elite performers that differ from the average person? The secret lies with passion— every game has its hero, but behind each great celebration lies hours of planning, extensive training, and true absolute determination to be at the optimal performance level.

When I entered the world of work and continued with my sporting career as a volunteer. I realised I was very different, that difference got me into trouble.

Have you ever been there when you feel like a square peg in a round hole?

My language was different, you see my mind had an athletic brain, having a strategy to being an elite performer and working in the world of work sometimes my managers would say Sheena I don’t get your language, for example, “Champion our People”.

You see I became obsessed with successful people, particularly in high-performing sports and business, people like Andy Murray, Mo Farah, and Tony Robbins.

What do they do daily that makes them stand out?

Wow.  I was excited by my research and outcomes, and that’s when I created a signature model for business professionals to be trained like corporate athletes.
